They provide simple and timely statements. They take all the hassle out of managing my properties in CA. Their fees are reasonable as well.

I live on-site to manage overall property, collect rents in money order form for landlord, and conduct move-in/move-out services for potential tenants and those residing on property. I contact landlord or maintenance services of all repairs and make sure all rules and regulations are being followed in exchange for free rent on a unit, plus a small salary.
