- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum charge is $150.. however I do offer a discount to those who are senior citizens and military or $80 off any job that's over $800
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first objective is to understand what the customer is requesting and then I provide them a number of alternatives as to how the work can be performed. Also, I try to the best of my ability to educate them on what is best for their trees, depending on the season.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed climber by the state of california with over 10 years of experience. I also have a business license and carry a 1 million general liability insurance policy .
