- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The message I try to relay to all of my window cleaning clients is that Monterey Window Cleaning actually is different. The difference is that I do all of my own work so I have complete control of quality and customer service. Monterey Window Cleaning isn't interested in becoming the biggest window cleaning company on the peninsula or 'cornering the market'. I believe there are some basic principles involved in successfully operating a small business that can't help but be compromised when someone is bidding all the work they can, then sending whoever they can find out to actually do the work. When that happens, quality control and customer service has to suffer. It's inevitable!
