When you are looking for an attorney, what are you really looking for? EXPERIENCE: I have been practicing law successfully for over 30 years. RESPONSIVE: I return phone calls and emails promptly. I keep my clients informed as to what is happening on their legal matters. In fact, if I get a phone call asking me the status of a matter, I feel I haven't done my job. AFFORDABLE: They say you get what you pay for. That's not always true. You can pay a lot and not get what you are paying for. But the opposite is not true. Pay a little and you will get what you're paying for. I am not the least expensive nor the most expensive. But my clients receive "value" for their costs. In over 30 years, I have had only one client complain about his bill. And I told him if he didn't think it was fair, he didn't have to pay it. I like solving people's problems and avoiding a court room. Litigation is costly, it is time consuming, and it rarely gives any party a feeling of true "justice".
