Even if we didn’t end up hiring R.A.S. General contractor (because our landlord chose another vendor), I felt compelled to leave this review because of the professional experience I received. Ricardo was the contractor we were dealing with: communication is clear, expectations were reasonable, and he conducted himself in a professional manner the entire time. I hope to hire him for another job in the future. (Our project was for water damages drywall repair/replace)
