- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $60. At this moment we work a 2 partners and share earnings. Working together we can handle more difficult jobs and a do them faster, so in final you'll pay less than when you hire one handyman who charges $50 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customer we schedule our visit, confirm it and come to the customer to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have engineering degrees and do this job because this is what we love to do.
