Unprofessional. Over 1 hour late. Credentials questionable. There is no way he has a massage therapy license. Very disappointed. I have used Thumbtak services before and had great success. This was just awful.

Very unprofessional! I requested service and was told he would be here after a certain time! 2 hours after the time he said he could come by i still had not received a text or call. I texted him and said he would text when he was on his way and that was the last I heard from them. I sent a message saying thanks anyway and still I did not receive anything. I reached out to someone else from the app and they were great. Glad this guy didn’t work out!
