I’m Harold and I’m a businessman located in Huntington Beach. I’m a mobile Notary Public and can notarize wide variety of documents at the location of your choice and at your convenience. I do general notary and am also an NNA certified loan signing agent. I’m available on short notice and am prompt and professional. I look forward to helping you out with your notary needs.
