Awesome trainer! Andrew is very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what I was going to need to get started and stay on the right track. He assessed my goals (and worries...) and made personalized work outs just for me! Very personable but supportive and will push you when you need it! Wish we weren't moving out of state! Andrew is a very knowledgeable and caring person, he makes my workout simple and safe, appropriate to my body and needs. He pushes me to work harder towards my fitness goals and reinstates my improvements. Which motivates me to come back for more. You can tell he is dedicated he's always changing up my fitness routine and always messages me on how my body is feeling. I've met so many people, tacky trainers trying to make a sale but with Andrew it's different, first of all we're on a weekly basis, so if I enjoy my workout I go back for more, second it's 100% 1 on 1, no distractions all eyes on me. And he's always trying to explain and teach the body's reaction to certain workouts. With this dude I'm working out and learning a heck of alot about my body as well. Just meet him once and you'll get a feel of him, very kind and warm hearted and gets straight to the point. Love my workouts with Andrew.

Andrews the best! Firstly the guy knows his fitness, seriously he could write a book on it. His approach is well put together also, he sets a goal for you then encourages you to set goals for yourself(double motivation). It also really helped that he was an athlete before like myself. Very leanient with times, nice, and most important not a money sucker. The guy loves what he does. If you want to get in shape while making an awesome friend along the way, I strongly recommend him.

My name is Joe, I’m 22, and I am on Andrews’s online program and I also see him once a week in person. He is a great trainer because he is able to customize your workout according to your body type and your current condition. Like in high school I was on the volleyball team and got a shoulder injury; I told Andrew about my shoulder and he was able to think of exercises that avoided from putting too much stress on the shoulder, but he was able to think of exercises that would slowly strengthen my shoulder. Three months later I can literally feel my shoulder finally heal completely and it’s been stronger since ever. I also have recently diagnosed, a year ago, with Crohn’s disease and that was one of the reasons why I was looking for a trainer. Because of the disease I lost about 17 pounds in three weeks and I was only 144 at the time, the medicine I took also gave me osteoporosis. After the doctors and I got a hold of the disease I wanted to gain back the weight and I worked out by myself for a while which helped but I wasn’t really going anywhere. I was looking for a trainer and I interviewed Andrew, he was very knowable and explained everything in very clear terms but detailed. I also told him about my Crohn’s disease and he listened very carefully what I had to say and said he will do all of the research he could to make the right program for me. I interview other trainers and they were more interested in their own golden training plan and tried to make it seem that their plan will be work with my Crohn’s instead of making a plan specifically help with my Crohn’s disease. It’s hard to describe of being a healthy kid for most of your life and then in three weeks see yourself become a skeleton; Andrew helped to regain my muscle mass and my confidences.
