I highly recommend him! He repaired the railing on our stairs and did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work in a reasonable time. The quality of his work was great, and he cleaned everything after finishing. Communication was also very fast and easy. I would definitely hire him again.

Very impressed with Daniel's professionalism: personable, punctual, prompt response to inquiries. I had a banister that was never installed correctly years ago, had become loose, and had become a safety concern. I researched and spoke to multiple companies that would not take the job. Daniel did not hesitate and had experience with this problem. He did a fabulous job at a fair price leaving us with a properly installed banister that is now solid and secure. He even went above and beyond helping me with other tasks all with a caring positive attitude. If you are looking for a new stair case, upgrade, or repair I highly recommend STEP UP.

We had tried to DIY our railing upgrade. After 2 years and little progress we reached out to Daniel. He was more than willing to finish the project and work with our design and details. He built a round railing with round balusters and posts for a very reasonable price. He was very collaborative with us since this was a project we had worked on for so long. He made sure everything was secure and built to last even if it meant redoing or taking more time.
