FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are fair and competitive, but we are not your average "tree guys". We do not try to price compete with the bargain basement companies that mutilate trees. We create and maintain healthy trees, and healthy trees cost less to maintain. When your trees are mutilated, they respond to the shock by rapidly regrowing all the stuff that was removed. That's why some companies come back EVERY YEAR to do the same trees. Eventually, those trees will run out of stored energy and they will succumb to pests and disease. Not only have you paid the "cheap guys" once a year for a job that should last three, but then you pay them to remove the tree they inadvertently killed. End the cycle. Get better care. Call an Expert. Call us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
John, our Board Certified Master Arborist, will meet with you at the property to assess the current state of your trees and explain all of the options available to you. Our estimates are much more like a consultation than being given a simple blind pricetag. We do much more than cut trees. We create and maintain valuable specimens in your landscape.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 16 years of field experience, John Huddleston has been a Certified Arborist since 2006. He passed the Board Certified Master Arborist exam in 2015. In 2017, he achieved the status of Registered Consulting Arborist. There are less than 80 individuals in the world that currently hold both credentials simultaneously.
