Most projects are done on an hourly or by project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a consultation and once I have assessed the client's needs and expectations we discuss terms and pricing. The the client is given an engagment letter to review and sign.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required to complete 30 hours of continuing professional education hours.
