My Husband and I just moved to the area and were looking for some TV mounting professionals. We stumbled upon Simple Solutions and requested an appointment with them for this evening. They responded promptly and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My initial request was to mount two of our TV’s but, last minute I asked if they by chance could add an outlet up high to hide the TV cord which they responded that they absolutely could and would check out the wall to give us a quote. Before their arrival today they gave us an ETA and arrived promptly. Upon their arrival they were extremely professional and mounted our living room TV within what seemed to be 20 minutes. They made sure we were satisfied with the positioning before the final mounting. Shortly after they moved onto the bedroom TV to figure out whether or not the construction of the house would allow for them to even add an extra outlet up high. THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. We had a TV mount that wouldn’t work but, they had one that did. They come prepared to ensure customer satisfaction. I cannot begin to describe how they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we were satisfied with their work. Max and Jose are definitely the dynamic duo you want to work in your home to give you exactly what you are looking for. Not only did they spend 3 hours ensuring our satisfaction with the job they were kind, professional and made us feel comfortable with asking all the questions we had. We will definitely be recommending Jose and Max to others and be calling them back to our home to install ceiling speakers once we’re all settled in. Max and Jose, thank you guys SO much for being so professional and surpassing our expectations.

Jose and Max were available early so offered me the option of having my appointment sooner which worked out great for me. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely affordable. They did one standard wall mount of a smaller TV which looks great. I had an unusual situation of a 65 inch TV which needed to be secured on top of an old fashioned built in entertainment center. They had to get a bit creative with the solution and did a fantastic job of hiding the cords and making everything look as neat as possible. They also gave me a great recommendation for a wifi router that was half the price of the one I was considering. Would give 10 stars if I could!

The two man crew of Simple Solutions did a phenomenal job mounting my TV! Jose responded promptly to me when I reached out and was able to keep our scheduled appointment time. During the job, I was given options about placement and whether or not I needed my cables hidden. They ended up zip tying my cords and fastening my Apple TV to the back of my TV on the mount. I’m really happy overall and will definitely be reaching out for their services again! Thanks guys!

Max and Jose had great customer service. Kept open communication with me through the day about appointment time. They were pleasant and mounted my TV quickly.
