David is nice guy, and prices his jobs in the realm of reasonable compared to others. Unfortunately that's where things start going downhill. Even before beginning the job, he was already asking for more money. When he considers job finished, other more professional companies would consider it half done. When pointed to the problems, he agrees to fix them, while not missing an opportunity to ask for more money. And again when the job is considered finished, there are very unprofessional flaws like cement discoloration. And again to fix the problems that shouldn't even be there, requests for money in order to do the job right. Definitely a nice guy, but hire only if you plan to pay extra to get the job done in a half way professional manner.
