My wife and I could not be happier with our experience w/ Adrian. He was able to help us out last minute. We needed our old lawn/grass removed and the soil tilled. He did a fantastic job. His prices were very affordable and did exactly what we asked. He was even able to move one of our sprinkler heads to better water our new lawn. I cannot recommend Adrian highly enough, we will absolutely be using his services again.

Adrian and his team did a great job at removing our turf so we could lay down drought tolerant planting.

Adrian is A GEM! Seriously, I could not be happier with his work.
1) He was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He texted frequently, was always honest and reliable on when he would come to me, and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable about his craft.
2) His work is BEAUTIFUL. One of the trees he trimmed went from horribly over-grown to looking like a Japanese Bonsai tree. He literally didn't cut corners anywhere on our property (which EVERY other gardener has).
3) He is very reasonably priced! He also didn't over or underestimate how much the work would cost and how long it would take. Many other guys have quoted me lower prices, but stopped before the job was done because they underestimated the scale of our job when quoting their price. Adrian accomplished every.single.thing that he said he would accomplish.. I honestly think the work he did warrants a higher price than I paid him. I think if I had gone elsewhere I would have paid the same price to get my tree trimmed in such high quality, let alone doing the entire yard (front and back) for his quoted price. We've hired him to be our maintenance gardener, and also to do an installation of a few yard in a few months.
I would definitely hire him for anything you need done on your property. I'm really glad I found him and I look forward to working with him more in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small jobs, a lot of the time I can price over the phone by using photos and asking questions. customers can get an estimate within minutes. For larger jobs, it is important to set up a time to see the job and ideally meet in person to discuss the needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. A phone call, to figure out if we are the right fit for the job, if so, then we book an onsite meeting
2.Meeting at job site to go over plans and consultation.
3. Find out the needs and goals of the customer.
3. Make some suggestions if needed.
4. Give a qoute for what the customer is asking and make sure they understand what is included and what the costs are.
5. perform the work, and make sure the customer is satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for about 15 years. went to college for 3 years looking to major in a business management degree, work with professional designers, have worked climbing trees for a well recognized tree trimming company and top quality gardeners and landscape contractors all whom have been in the business 20+ years.
