FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can a wide variety of options and can provide hourly or even percentage pricing. If a Client has a Scope of Services already developed, we can provide Fixed Pricing and we can offer credit options in a number of instances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the Clients advanced preparation or their Program of Requirements, we might be able to provide a proposal remotely, or if the scope is extensive we could have an on or even an off site meeting to discuss expectations. When we have an initial meeting between the Principal Architect and Client, it is to see what is exactly being sought, to discuss the project potential, to establish a rapport, and to review what’s required of both parties to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Architecture (Professional Degree) as well as, on average, 16 hours of CEU's annually for the AIA and State requirements.
