During the first contact, I listen to the clients needs and wants. Discuss options that would have the best outcome and value to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal education, what I do have is real world experience. We can see how the world’s environment has changed with human interaction. I educate myself with latest information regarding climate change and how to improve it.
