FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our office seeks to provide pricing information based on the work required. We quote each project once we have provided a comprehensive analysis of the needs of the client as well as the desired outcome in their matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial intake phone call with the client so that they can learn about our Firm and we can determine whether the case is right for our firm and if our firm is right for that client. After the intake call with our Intake Coordinator, we will set up a process meeting with the client [and their spouse for mediation cases] so that we can build a road map with the client as to what approach is best for their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of several bar associations and I am the President of Collaborative Divorce Solutions in Orange County. I am trained in both Mediation and Collaborative Divorce. I regularly attend seminars and do research as the laws are always changing.
