Needed to have some lights in my house reworked to bypass the ballast. Not only did the technician show up on time but took the time to explain everything, but also made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction as well as took the time to lay down a protective plastic covering in my kitchen to ensure any dirt or debris was picked up and cleaned up!
