I hired Rachel to photograph my tenure party. It was a fake academic conference where people gave poster and talk presentations on things that they love. She understood the very silly assignment and nailed it. She was absolutely great to work with!!!! 10/10 recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have discounted fees at the moment since I am new to Thumbtack!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to get to know you and what kind of photos you are looking for! We can discuss example photos and make sure we are on the same page before the photoshoot date. I encourage communication, and I love to make my clients happy with their photos! When at the photoshoot, I allow my clients to act freely and naturally. If you need help with posing, I will give you prompts that encourage movement and comfort
