- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the project, materials needed, and the level of detail involved. I always aim to provide fair, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Free estimates are available, and I’m happy to work with customers to find options that fit their budget whenever possible. Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers, or bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with reaching out to the customer to discuss the project and schedule an appointment. During the appointment, we review the details of the project in person so I can better understand the customer’s needs and provide an accurate estimate. Once everything is discussed and approved, we schedule the work and keep communication open throughout the entire process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands-on experience working on projects of all sizes, from small residential jobs to larger, more detailed projects. I am licensed through the CSLB with a General B Contractor License, which reflects my commitment to professional standards, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. My experience has helped me develop strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and delivering reliable results for my customers.
