Dimitri was very responsive to all of my questions and inquiries. He was on time and did not understate that he would do his best with installing our flooring. He adapted to my unique need at tying the floor in with another room. He was friendly and a master of his craft. I watched him pay attention to every board he installed and tirelessly worked to complete the job efficiently, professionally, and an absolute great finished product. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services. He is a very skilled hard worker. You will not go wrong hiring this man to help with any project he says he can do. Extremely happy we hired him to do our flooring. Highly recommend every single time.

There are no hidden fees; you will know every small detail of the quote, and everything is itemized in the invoice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new Customer is we discuss the project . I need to get pictures of items to give full estimate! We agree on a price that works best. After that the Customer should send the Address to confirm schedule and timeframe.

All of our technicians have standard background checks; they are professional, skilled, efficient, and respectful.
