My wife and I (yes we are elderly) were in need of a "deep cleaning" service for our two story five bedroom home. I was trying to find a suitable local service on-line and found it a little confusing on some of the apps I was searching. Suddenly my "Nextdoor" app had a notification, that alerted me to a neighbor's wonderful experience with Japan Cleaning Services LLC. I went to Thumbtack to check them out and decided to text them for an appointment, which was quickly arranged. They came with all their supplies and cleaning tools in hand and began their work. We were surprised at their work ethic, as they worked for a solid 4 hours without even a break. And when they were finished we saw a spotless, amazingly clean house. My wife is a traditional housewife, who appreciates a really clean house, and when they were done, she couldn't find one area not cleansed. We are so lucky to have found a nice young couple that has the work ethic we grew up with and I can highly recommend them.

This is such a nice small family business that I feel honored to support. I just had a good feeling about them and gave them a chance and I am so glad I did. They did a beautiful job cleaning my home, my dog loved them instantly (he has excellent instincts about people), and they are so so so pleasant. I look forward to having them clean on a regular basis and feel blessed to have found then.
