- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically work through a retainer system per hourly basis. A retainer is a deposit which essentially acts like a secured credit card against which we log our hours against. On very clearly defined projects we also develop fixed pricing, but those come with considerable restrictions. Either way, we always deliver top-of-the class work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone or in-person conversation for us to understand exactly your needs. We begin by asking you key questions and what exactly you will need, and in particularly from us. Based on that picture, we provide a full proposal that lays out in detail deliverables, cost and turn-around time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience with both -- graphic design as well as website development (coding) experience. I also have an engineering degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, to rely on.
