- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Website Design: Consultation call to determine scope of the project and timelines. We discuss how visitors will find your website as that will affect the way in which the site is built. Proposal is drafted, after signing: • Client purchases domain name & hosting • Client provides admin access for hosting • Client provides links for any existing social media accounts • Client provides examples of websites they like and comments with likes and dislikes of each • Client provides branding (logo, colors) if available – help can be provided if necessary • Client provides details of the business and products or services to be sold (e-commerce will likely involve more in-depth discussion regarding products and shipping etc) • Client provides content and images and videos (I can help with this as needed) • After delivery, client revisions are implemented and project is completed • Tutorials for basic administration of the website will be provided Search Engine Optimization: Consultation call to understand goals and aspirations for the business. This is followed by a comprehensive marketing strategy in which I clearly layout deficiencies in current website that need to be addressed (almost always there are plenty), basic missing SEO elements and potential enhancements to the website to increase conversions. Additionally, the report sets forth expectations, deliverables, timelines, opportunities, competition and most importantly, expected Return on Investment. After signing Agreement: • Client provides access to hosting and website with admin access • Client provides access to Google Analytics, Search console and Adwords if available. • Client provides access to existing social media accounts with admin access • Client provides Google My Business access (if appropriate) and all contact information • Client provides all available media and content • Between us we decide on content strategy based on my findings and your budget, with plan for implementation • Website optimization begins in tandem with off-site search engine optimization Paid Advertising (Facebook/Google etc): Consultation call to determine if we believe we can help with your campaign(s), assessing viability, current ROI, existing tracking technologies and opportunities to gain better results. Unlike SEO, where every business can benefit from our campaigns, the viability of paid advertising is very much dependent on the niche and services offered. Fortunately, I can tell you with certainty if your business is a good candidate for each specific advertising channel. Following signed Agreement: • Client creates / provides access to the platforms to be used with Admin access • Client provides all images, videos and any content (we help with curation of these, if necessary)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I belong to a group of approx 400 elite-level SEO's worldwide and have extensive experience in ranking websites across the nation, mostly in the most difficult market in the country - Southern California. I have consistently and quickly ranked sites in a variety of niches. Every proposal is written with a conservative estimate of time to rank based on my knowledge. While it cannot be guaranteed, because I provide realistic expectations, my success rate in ranking within a given time-frame is 100%.
