- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I run a seamless and collaborative process using Google Drive; as a unique selling point, I share the relevant files with you right away, which means that you have direct and instant access to the project status at all times. This minimizes back and forth / constant updates via messages so we can focus on diving into and developing your story! Having refined this process over the course of years, I have landed on the most efficient and optimal way of considering all of your goals and accomplishments—with practically unlimited edits—to make the best possible product for you to use out in the world. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By my first job, with my advertising degree in hand, I learned how to position products, and by my second, how to sell services. There, I started recruiting, and within one year built the staffing arm alongside the CEO. I proceeded to vet candidates at a technical consulting firm. But I still had a dream to chase: Facebook and big tech. So with my own strategy in hand, I got a one way ticket west with no job, and made it happen.
