- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time we do not quote or make estimates for our service fees. We also do not charge by the hour where you have an unknown bill coming your way each month. We’ve been in business long enough to know how long it will take to complete your work and what to charge for our services. Our website gives a chart listing what our service fees are each month depending upon the clients criteria.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We utilize cutting edge technology in our company process. Therefore, we focus on creating a paperless environment for our clients. We work and communicate with our clients through a secure portal system. We digitize, code and organize all documents for efficiency and accessibility. We position the client to set up and train utilizing our recommended accounting software such as, Quickbooks, Sage. We also, offer additional services such as payroll, sales tax preparation and income taxes. We can meet the client at their location, visit our office or virtually.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in Economics from UCLA and a degree in Accounting from Cal Poly Pomona. For over 35 years I have been a licensed tax preparer governed by the CTEC.
