- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our philosophy is fixed pricing so you know what you get. The price always includes all prep and filing. No additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having clients fill out a quick intake form and then set a time to discuss the information and any concern or needs they may have. After the work is complete we review the and go over the return and again answer any questions. It a full service preparation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Credentials include a BA in economics with emphasis in accounting from UCLA . As well as passing all 3 parts of the IRS exam to become an Enrolled Agent.
