Last year they replaced my windshield. This year caught the chip in time and they were able to repair it. I had to ask fir an earlier time and they were able to accommodate me. Office staff very friendly and professional. I have used Safelite in the past and I find Glass Doctor to be much better quality. I would highly recommend them.

Ive been going to this place for years and have trusted them with several windshields and countless chip repairs as cars have come and gone. I live in Sacramento but I make the trip up to Jackson even for rock chips.Theyre that good.Just got a replacement after an unfortunate encounter with a walnut and couldnt be happier. And finding that can of glass cleaner in my front seat is always a pleasant surprise.Other people can do it cheaper but the labor warranty etcetera show they back up their work.Cant wait till next time, although I hope its later rather than sooner. ^^ Staying away from orchards for awhile!

Everyone these days professes to be customer focused. Few measure up when it comes to actions versus mere words. Mark, and his team, truly live out this philosophy. I have used Glass Doctor of the Gold Country three times for glass issues on my vehicles. I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. However, my recent experience has shown that their commitment to customer satisfaction is more than a slogan. I had an issue that needed attention following a recent windshield installation. While wed all like things to go perfectly the first time, sometimes thats just not the case. When I brought the issue to Marks attention he was quick to respond and assured me that my issue would be resolved, to my satisfaction. He was absolutely true to his word. He listened to my concern and took prompt action. I am now completely satisfied with the repair and really appreciate the way in which it was handled.I will continue to use Glass Doctor of the Gold Country for all my future repairs. Thats the greatest testimonial I can give to any business.

Our RV experienced a break in attempt and we needed a sliding window pane replaced. After weeks of back and forth our project was successfully completed and handled with professionalism. In our experience their time estimation for visits needs improvement. A four hour window seems reasonable, but then to be outside of that agreed time window is unreasonable. This happen to us on multiple occasions.
