- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates only after an onsite inspection of the project. Each project is unique. We will not provide a quote over the phone to make sure the customer gets an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first set an appointment for an onsite assessment of the project to ensure we have the complete scope of work. This step is importantly because pictures and drawings alone will not give you the most accurate estimate. We like to understand our customer’s timeline to ensure we meet the expectations. Although in construction there are many factors that may delay a project, we like to set the right expectations for a better customer experience. For projects over 10 days we send weekly updates to our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- All the training to build a new home. Including carpentry, outdoor hardscape & landscape, painting, roofing, artificial turf installation, interior home remodeling, new window installation.
