He is amazinggg!!!! If I could select more good descriptions I would but it only allows 3 🤣Fast response. Super on time and reliable. He texted me within minutes of arriving at my rental unit and told me what was wrong with it. Gave me a very reasonable quote. Clear on what needs to be done. And executed it very fast. He did this via text updates with me. Amazing. I’ve saved his number for future use. Oh and my ac and heater was completely not turning per my tenants and he fixed it super fast.

They were Finley and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately they were very expensive for the service performed and did not bring receipt back for the filters. I also never received a proper invoice. My job requires a receipt for all services rendered and this company is probably fine if you are the home owner and it’s a one off service but if you are managing peoples properties I would say the invoice receipt aspect could really be negative factor.
