FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1st time customers receive a big discount, my goal is to build a relationship with my clients so that I'm the first person that comes to mind for all your projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation, either in person or over the phone, to understand the scope of your project and what you’re trying to achieve. From there, I compare your project against a national database of similar work so I can give you a clear, accurate pricing range. You’ll receive both a high‑end and low‑end option so you can choose what fits your goals and budget. Once you’re comfortable with the price, I get right to work. I deliver top‑quality craftsmanship every time, with clean communication, reliable timelines, and results that hold up long after the job is done.
