- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not cheap but I get the job done correctly, on time, guaranteed that you will love them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We invite to our office to go over the packages we offer, to show lots of sample photos, album styles in different sizes and designs, we even help them to shop around other vendors if they don't have event planner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend to WPPI (Wedding Portrait Photography International) seminars and meetings at the convention every year to keep my gear, photography style and system updated to today's technology and needs.
