Chef Greg was a true Christmas Miracle. After interviewing other chef’s and having no luck, chef Greg by chance reached out to me. After only a brief conversation I knew he was the right man for the job. And I was absolutely delighted to get him. I asked him for a memorable holiday dinner for my family and that man delivered ten fold. He was prompt and friendly, efficient and confident. My family immediately took a liking to him. It was like he was an old friend. But Most importantly, the quality of his cook and knowledge and respect he gave to his food was the stand-out. This man can really make magic out of the most simplest ingredients. I thought the portions were generous thus enriching the value of his talents and my money. This holiday dinner was exquisite and I find myself at a loss for the right words to describe the quality of the cook. There was not one thing I would have changed (and I’m very picky). Chef Greg listened to my needs and hopes for the planned meal and his interpretations far exceeded my own. My family was so sated with this meal that they conspired about how and when they could convince me to ask Chef Greg to do another event or gathering. And they needn’t ask too much because I was thinking the same thing. This very nice man was entertaining and warm to all and everyone enjoyed his antidotes and jest. It really made a most pleasant meal and memorable experience for all. Thank you Chef Greg for granting me the Christmas Miracle I was looking for. God Bless you and my hopes are that we shall see each other very soon because my family loves to eat and now that they’ve had your food they will not want to settle for any other. Oh and if anyone reading this and looking for the very best…you found him. Do not hesitate to hire this man because he really delivers. You will be glad you did!!

I talked to a bunch of chefs as I was planning my birthday party and Chef Gregory was the only one who was completely focused on making my day as amazing as possible! He was very informative and explained all of the possible options in detail. From the beginning he responded quickly to any question I had and was transparent about everything. There weren’t any surprise costs that popped up at any point - as a matter of fact, he added an extra course the night of my party and brought me a lobster tail just so I would feel even more special! On the day of the event, Gregory and his team were very punctual and left the kitchen immaculate, cleaner than it was before he and his team started. All of the food was delicious and the filet was out of this world!! I’m not sure how a chef of his caliber can be so humble, but he was that AND gracious! If you’re getting a personal chef or have a special night to plan you need to call Gregory. He will make you and anyone else at your dinner table feel like he’s known you for years and you will have the best food you’ve ever had at the same time. The only problem we have now is we have to come up with another reason to have a private, custom dinner just so we can have Gregory come back to cook for us!!

Greg prepared a spectacular meal for us on my 26th birthday! I highly recommend him to others wanting a personal chef. It was like having a high end restaurant chef in our own comfort of our house. He really went above and beyond what we expected, not only with presentation but with every bit of information he provided as to how he preps the prime-aged filet mignon etc and where he got all his fresh produce! He Exceeded all of our expectations. Highly communicative, very accommodating and amazingly delicious food. I Highly recommend chef GREG You won’t regret it!

Greg was everything I could have wanted in a personal dining chef! Such a warm personality, professional yet personal, and off the chart food. I could go on and on about the food combinations, the incredible taste, and presentation of a five star meal, made with love. Greg was absolutely amazing, he interacted with our guests and provided details on each course….from the Clam Chowder to the flavorful salad with his blood orange vinaigrette to our main course with aged filets and white Mexican shrimp….everything was delicious and I think I have found our forever chef! Our friends have not stopped talking about the evening and I have no doubt that Greg has many new customers! Cheers to our next meal together!

I always purchase the finest ingredients available and will never compromise quality for price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do not have set menus, I'd rather discuss the do's and dont's and tailor a menu suitable for every guest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a child, I would always help my mother in the kitchen and be in awe with her food. She shared her love for food with me and although she passed away many years ago my mother continues to inspire me.
