Our pricing is based on the specific scope of each project rather than one-size-fits-all packages. We provide clear, detailed proposals so you understand what is included before construction begins. Our focus is on doing the project properly, with quality workmanship, reliable communication, and a well-managed process from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your project, priorities, timeline, and what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there, we schedule an in-home consultation to walk the space together and discuss the best approach. Depending on the project, we can then help with design, plans, engineering, permits, material selections, and construction. Our goal is to give you one organized process from the initial idea through completion, rather than leaving you to coordinate multiple people on your own.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into remodeling because I enjoyed the combination of construction, design, problem-solving, and working directly with homeowners. Over time, I saw that one of the biggest frustrations homeowners face isn’t just the construction itself, but managing all the decisions, communication, trades, design, and permitting that come with it. That became a big part of how we built Vesta Builders: creating a more organized, hands-on remodeling experience from the initial planning through construction.
