Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and project complexity. We provide detailed estimates so clients know exactly what is included. There are no hidden fees, and any changes are discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to understand the client’s goals, budget, and timeline. Next, we review the space, discuss design options, and provide a clear scope of work and estimate. Once approved, we handle permits, scheduling, and construction while keeping the client informed every step of the way until final completion and walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background includes over a decade of hands-on construction experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, ADUs, and residential additions. I regularly work with blueprints, structural plans, and California building codes, and I stay up to date with permitting requirements, inspections, and best construction practices.
