Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I want to do a good job and I want to see clients are satisfied with the work product. I also have legal skills that are above average. Check my credentials. I can provide them upon request. Family immigration is rewarding because it is stressful in the beginning for the family members, but when there is success the clients are very often excited.

Immigration Attorney

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, attorneys are required to take continuing education courses. I take immigration classes and also lecture at a nearby university, providing continuing educational courses on immigration law.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Of course expertise and experience in family immigration matters is important. Check the attorney license. Ask for the license number. In most states, you can check online to see a great deal of information concerning the attorney. If there is a problem, you will know where to go to lodge a complaint since the attorney Bar Associations monitor attorney conduct. Finally, call the prospective attorney. You need to have a good feel for who you are working with. We should be all about providing excellent service to the best of our abilities. The amount of the legal fee has a bearing on the level of services, so inquire about fees, experience, services and get a sense for whether this attorney is someone you trust.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Immigration is tricky. It seems on the surface that you simply follow what the government wants. This is fine up until the point that you file. Then you find that not all immigration agencies think or behave in the same way. Rules are in conflict. The immigration agencies change attitudes. It becomes an adversarial system in many cases. Your defense cannot be, "The government told me to do this." Government officers are not responsible for you. They represent the governmental interest. People are often surprised to learn it's an adversarial system.
