Nabila was amazing! We had her come to our house in Temecula to instruct a yoga class for our bachelorette group. Her communication was great throughout the booking process and she arrived on time with enough mats for everyone. The flow was absolutely wonderful and we loved that she incorporated essential oils and made everyone there feel special. Seriously can’t recommend her enough!

Nabila is wonderful and I’m so happy that I met her as my yoga instructor! She right away understood my current goal and is helping me to reach them. By the second session, I felt relief to my shoulders and lower back tightness. Also, Nabila’s positive energy to each session always makes me smile! I felt in love with yoga because of her. I highly recommend her- she is professional, kind, and very thoughtful. I’m hoping to continue my yoga journey with her :)

I was struggling with hormonal acne and digestion issues for a looong time before I found Nabila’s website and decided to give it a try. Turned out this was my best decision ever! working with Nabila was truly a wonderful and enjoyable experience. I knew that she has all the knowledge and experience to guide and encourage me through out the process. She really teaches me valuable lessons about nutrition, dietary, healthy lifestyle, perseverance and self-respect. Apart from being a helpful nutritionist, Nabila is also an amazing yoga instructor! Nothing better than getting a personalized yoga session for you, specifically based on your needs/feels at the moment. I am highly recommend Nabila to anyone interested in changing their eating habits and body health for the better, no matter where you are! :)

My body was going through a lot of changes at the beginning of this year. I was hospitalized for liver failure, dealing with hormonal adult acne and I have PCOS. It was difficult and at times frustrating re-learning my body. Nabila was patient with me, provided me with knowledge and helped me start over from scratch. After 3 months of working with her I feel like I know my body again and that I have gained control over my life. I couldn’t have done it without her help!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Within the first week, client will fill out a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire, Food and Mood Journal, and Health History before our first official meeting. Then, the client will receive a full guide of the program which will be discussed on the second meeting. The client can expect multiple check ins during the first week of the program via text/call, and then weekly check-ins until the end of the 12th week.

    B.S in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis; Nutritional Therapy Practitioner from Nutritional Therapy Association; RYT-200 from yoga alliance (CorePowerYoga teacher training).
