- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We promise to price your job fairly and we are happy to go through an estimate with you to answer any questions you may have. We offer a discount for an honest review of our services after the job is complete as we understand it requires your personal time which is valuable. We offer discounts to repeat customers as a way of showing our appreciation for the loyalty and trust they have put in us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job is unique and different. We are happy to provide a budget for an upcoming project to ensure the price is in line with the customers vision. If the customer agrees to a budgetary price we want to meet in person to work on a design to build process and make sure each element meets with the customers approval.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers have an idea of what they want but are not sure of the details of how to get there. This is where the fun begins. We enjoy the challenge of explaining and taking you through the process of how to get there. It's a team effort.
