FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always be upfront about my pricing before I begin the work. There will never be any hidden fees. I will always inform the customer of the adjusted cost before I proceed with any extra work added to the original scope. If the customer has multiple tasks they want completed, I suggest having them bid together at the same time because it will be cheaper due to minimizing any travel associated with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to form a friendly working relationship with new clients. Having tradesman come into your home or business can be stressful since it might interrupt your daily routine and kind of displace you in your own environment. I want the process of getting your work done to be as stress free as possible. I’ll walk you through my procedures so your never in the dark about what I’m doing in your home or business. I will always be upfront with the price and there will never be any hidden charges. Open communication and honesty is the key to any relationship, even business one’s. I look forward to building a relationship with you so we can build you the home or business you deserve!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in the trade for over 20 years. I’ve ran the whole electrical installation of multifamily apartment buildings for the past 6 years. I pride myself on knowing how to get the job done quickly without cutting any corners. I’m a state certified electrical journeyman and I have my OSHA 30 certification.
