First a little background. The first Thumbtack contractor I contacted never bothered to contact me back. Still hasn’t. After receiving an email from Thumbtack about other contractors available, I contacted another. Never heard back but later I saw on the app that he was marked unavailable. Both of these are marked as “exceptional” contractors on Thumbtack. Hmmm. Next I contacted Jacob at JSP Electric. He responded very soon after. I am so happy the other two flaked out! I could not be happier with Jacob, his work and his work ethic. He was pleasant, polite, prompt, professional. He knows what he is doing, is very conscientious, explained everything for me, even offered to run to Home Depot for a part. After he finished and left, he texted me that he would check with me in a week to see if everything ok. That is an exceptional contractor. I would give him ten stars if I could.
