- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonably priced willing to offer discounts for multiple signings. I do offer discounts for senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go over the documents that need to be notarized before the appointment. Usually, this is done over the phone or via email. I will also confirm that the signer has a valid photo ID, drivers license, state ID or passport. Then schedule an appointment time, date and meeting place. Payments can be made at the time of the appointment with Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash. I do not accept credit cards at this time...sorry!
