- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you are interested in a consultation call before committing to a program, I offer this as a complimentary service to ensure we are a good fit with one another. We will discuss your goals, expectations, and a general strategy. If you decide to move forward, you can select your desired program, either the custom nutrition only coaching, or a total health coaching package which combines the two main factors of health: diet and fitness. All plans require a monthly commitment, 3 months being the shortest period. The 6 month plans offer additional savings per month, making them the best value AND my recommendation as far as having enough time to see results and build the foundation for lasting changes in lifestyle, health, and fitness. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Strategy session: an approximately 60 minute consultation wherein we get to know one another and I ask questions about your current habits, systems, lifestyle, eating, activity level. We will define measurable goals to work towards during our time working together. 2. Prep/Onboarding Call: After you purchase your plan, we will have an Inital Strategy Session zoom call to start off your new program. We will go through each aspect before you begin working the plan. Ask any questions you may have as the different tools, strategies, and plan aspects are described to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I completed further education and earned credentials as a Virtual Coaching Specialist. Beyond my formal education, I have personal fitness experience spanning over a decade.
