- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically bill hourly based on the scope of services that I am retained to perform. No monthly minimum required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial meeting with the business owner to discuss their unique needs and to determine what structure will work best for them. I customize every package to meet their needs, so communication from the beginning is key for the relationship to work in the long term and be beneficial to both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University Fullerton. Each year, I complete 20 hours of education and pass the required exams to remain an active Certified Registered Tax Preparer with CTEC in California and have an active PTIN and ERO with the IRS to prepare and efile both business and individual state and federal tax returns.
