- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes cost of per notarized signature, my travel fee based on where the signing is taking place, and any processing fees if paying with credit card. Apostille services will vary depending on how soon it is needed and how many documents are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm always open to working with new customers as I provide a ongoing service for those who may never know what a notary is needed for or when you get those documents that require to meet with a notary to get notarized! I always suggest to have the unsigned documents ready for appointments and IDs available so that way pricing can be accurate and the service would be streamlined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Commissioned California Notary Public and Apostille Facilitator which is regulated by the state of California to undergo a training course, a state exam, and a background check before being commissioned.
