Joshua Mulligan joined with Forest Wilkerson on August 22, and we changed our name to Wilkerson & Mulligan. Josh brings almost 9 years of experience in criminal law to the practice. Josh is a graduate of Cornell Law School, one of the top 10 law schools in the nation. Josh has been published in the Cornell Law Journal of Public Law and Policy and was also a general editor on the Journal. Josh has handled thousands of cases, ranging from DUI to homicide, and has conducted over 60 jury trials. Over the years, Josh has achieved incredible results for his clients, including dozens of not guilty jury verdicts. We are excited to offer a service that nobody else in the Coachella Valley can offer, a husband/wife team jointly working all cases.
