We provide the following: * One-time leasing fee of 50% of 1st month rent or 10% of total lease includes listing in MLS We do showing of properties, screening of prospects, executing documents, collection of initial rent and deposit, and forwarding to the owner with statement (owner to pay ad costs). * All-inclusive management -- 10% of monthly rents plus $300 setup fee We offer showing of the property, screening of prospects, executing documents, and collection of rent and deposit (owner to pay ad costs). We provide monthly rent collection and statement to owner, oversight of vendors, service of notices, weekly inspection, and manage service or repairs. We do move-out inspection and deposit return and statement (owner to pay ad costs).
