Maria is excellent!! On time, excellent service, walked us through everything--gave us real quotes for every step of the way--worked long hours so we could get our kitchen back ASAP. She even installed a new fan for us last minute because she saw our fan was broken. On top of everything, most importantly, we couldn't be happier with our floors and baseboards. Highly recommend!

Maria removed all the popcorn ceilings in our house, sanded the ceilings, patched them, sanded again, skimmed, sanded, painted then sanded again then final coat of paint. At least that is what I observed. She probably did even more. She also patched the walls for us which was very kind. She came and worked on a Sunday at short notice too and was so friendly and positive when I felt quite bad changing the schedule on a number of occasions. So she hasn't even got to the porch addition yet. But one thing is clear I am done looking for a contractor. Maria and her team are hopefully working at this house until it is done. It's not only that she is professional and does an awesome job but she also has a fresh modern taste and gives sound advise. I am sure when she does finally get to the deck its going to be like something out of a magazine. Highly recommend her!

Maria did a complete rewiring on our home, including the addition of lighting, wiring for new HVAC unit, installed flooring, painting (interior and exterior), walled up a window, and many small miscellaneous jobs. She was VERY easy to work with, accommodating, and professional. She does beautiful work at a reasonable price. She was very responsible and reliable, to the point that she became my de facto general contractor. Hire her. You won't be disappointed. We have plans for using her on some other projects soon!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I was a kid I decided to upgrade my mothers restroom while I was on break. Yeah right, a teenager wanting to fix a restroom, right??. Well, that was me. When I was done, I couldn't believe the results. Right there and then, I knew what I wanted to do when I was older. Till this day I still love it.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    A job I'm very proud of is from a client that bought their home at auction. Honestly, the home was very much like a maze. We removed walls for open concept. Rewired the house, added new lighting, new plumbing, new drywall the whole enchilada. The home looked like a new home. Very proud of the outcome. Most importantly my clients were very happy.
