- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service Calls - We have a 200$ service call fee. This includes 1hr of troubleshooting. In a lot of cases, the problem can be found and fixed in that hour. So 200$ plus any materials used. If a problem is found and it is not an immediate fix, a price will be given. Estimates - We have a 98$ trip charge for estimates. Depending on the complexity of the job, an estimate may be sent at a later date. Typically, within 24 hours. A price will be given at the time of estimate for smaller jobs. If you choose to work with us, the 98$ trip charge will be waived.

Give up front pricing. Communication is key, so expectations are set and met.
