Introduction: For my legal experience, I've mediated, arbitrated, litigated, or judged numerous conflicts, so parties could get on with their lives and litigated successfully at every level of court in the U.S. I've been a court-appointed mediator since 1975 even before there was a term for it. I'm a mediator for numerous Superior Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, N. Dist. Calif. I was an arbitrator for American Arbitration Association, courts, and others, from 1980 to 2000. I received an American Arbitration Association Meritorious Service as an Arbitrator Award. In the U.S. Courts of Appeals, I won every case in 4 years defending the Secretary of Labor in the U.S. Courts of Appeals and assisted in the successful effort to defeat the appeal of one of those cases to the U.S. Supreme Court. In the Superior Court, I secured the first art preservation injunction in the U.S. prior to art preservation statutes and won a Contra Costa County Superior Court trust case that was in trial from 2/25/2014 to 4/16/2014, etc. I was a judge pro tem in Contra Costa County and Alameda County Superior Courts from 1992 to 2006. I was a Moot Court National Champion, and in Jessup International Moot Court, I represented Georgetown University Law Center in competition with teams from 105 law schools. The following is my employment history: * Law Office of Diddo Clark -- trust, property, commercial, employment, and negligence law; litigation; and alternative dispute resolution (1984 - 2014) * Dispute Resolvers -- principal of a law firm which provided mediation, arbitration, neutral evaluation, and other nonpartisan services (1992 - 2000); California Service Mark for "Dispute Resolvers" (1992 - 2012) * U.S. Department of Labor -- defended the Secretary of Labor in the U.S. Courts of Appeals in trade cases and reported for the U.S. to the International Labor Organization on the status of U.S. law and practice with respect to I.L.O. treaties (1979 - 1983) * Solomon Ward Aguirre & Seidenwurm -- corporate law and litigation in San Diego (1978) * Writer/Editor -- books, pleadings, articles in national magazines, and other publications
